One day,there was a seal called Ikatanga.A very determined seal he was.And one day,he vowed to circle from his home in Tuktunga to the Ifungan cities of Core Prime and Chungatank.Boldly enough he and his companions went to Chika to be signed in as Vice-Commanders of the Reign of the Overican Army(VCROA).
